1. Who we are
The websites listed in section 5 are operated by Netlab S.r.l., Via Ponti Rossi 96, 80131 Naples, Italy, except marcellocama.it, connectiamo.it and pionieridellarete.it, which are owned by Marcello Cama (marcello@cama.me).

2. Why this page
The transparency obligations laid down in Article 50 of the AI Act apply from 2 August 2026. This page explains how we have used artificial intelligence systems, who provides them and what human oversight we apply.
3. How we used AI
Artificial intelligence was used only during the development of the websites and only by Netlab S.r.l. in-house staff. Assistants based on language models provided by Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (ChatGPT) supported the drafting of texts, the writing of code, the preparation of diagrams and, in some cases, the creation of illustrative images.
We do not develop our own AI models.
4. What AI does not do on these websites
Visitors do not interact with any AI system: there are no chatbots, virtual assistants or automated agents on the websites. Visitor data, including data sent through forms or by email, is not processed by AI systems.
We do not use emotion recognition, biometric categorisation or user profiling systems, nor automated decision-making affecting users. We do not publish realistic AI-generated images, audio or video depicting real people, places or events (deepfakes).

6. AI-based products presented on the websites
Some websites describe services that use artificial intelligence, such as Wa2Gpt or the ChatGPT assistant built into webmail. In these cases AI operates inside the service used by the customer, which provides its own transparency information, and not on the website that presents it.
7. Human oversight
Every text, image or piece of code produced with AI was reviewed and approved by Netlab staff before publication. Netlab takes responsibility for it; for the websites he owns, editorial responsibility remains with Marcello Cama.
8. Reports
If you believe that AI-generated content is inaccurate, harmful or not correctly identified, write to netlab@netlab.it stating the website and page: we will check and correct it.

In case of discrepancy, the Italian version of this notice prevails.
